Our Mommy/Daddy & Me Classes are a highly interactive experience, with an emphasis on health and fitness. Have fun while helping your child establish a good foundation for gross motor development, balance and coordination, and most importantly, listening skills.

We offer a high-energy, martial arts based workout every Monday and Wednesday morning at our studio located at Lankershim/Weddington. (Just down the street from the new 24hr Fitness!)
