For the best results, students should attend a minimum of two classes per week and make up missed classes when possible.
Plan to arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your class time, in uniform, and ready to bow in at the start-time below.
Students that arrive late, or miss warm ups, may not be allowed to participate in class.
